Based in San Diego, the Law Offices of Robert A. Garcia represent local and regional clients primarily in two areas: business litigation and gaming law.

For over 25 years we have represented individuals and small businesses in a variety of legal matters including contract disputes, business litigation, and enforcement of judgment. We have provided legal guidance on matters such as business sales and purchases,  partnership issues, and dispute resolution methods.

And since 1993, we have represented clients in tribal gaming issues. We have worked with tribal governments in negotiating with management companies, advising on tribal gaming commission issues, and making presentations to state legislatures regarding tribal gaming matters.

We have assisted vendors and contractors on tribal gaming issues, tribal sovereignty, contract formation, litigation, and enforcement of judgment.
